1:19 for I know that through your prayers and the help given by the Spirit of Jesus Christ, what has happened to me will turn out for my deliverance.
Thats the boldness I pray and pray for. To be able to stand firm in the face of ANYTHING and know that wether I understand or not He is in control! AND I KNOW WITHOUT A DOUBT HE UNDERSTANDS!!!! Wich makes absolutely no sense why I sometimes let the silliest things rattle me.
1:27 Whatever happens, conduct yourself in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ.
Is that really in alignment with my life? Probably not. I have been more of a, "In most cases", conduct yourself in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ.
I know you may not be able to tell, but behind this dorky, laid back, fragile exterior is an every now and then hot-head. And even though it seems to be more directed at sports, I am certainly aware that my temper is something I need to keep in prayer that doesn't ever blow out or even dim that light that is to be shining for Him!
